Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use morphrix.com.sg or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are a Singapore company and we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Who we are
This website is operated by AG Solutions Pte. Ltd., trading as Morphrix (the company is in the process of changing its registered name to Morphrix Pte. Ltd.), a corporate services firm at 111 North Bridge Road, #07-11 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore. What we collect and how
When you contact us
Our contact form does not store anything on this website. When you fill it in and tap “Continue on WhatsApp”, the details you entered — typically your name, email, company name, the service you are interested in and your message — are placed into a WhatsApp message that you then send to us from your own WhatsApp account. From that point the conversation is held on WhatsApp and in our internal records, subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as ours. If you email or call us instead, we keep the details you give us in the same way.
When you browse
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect technical and usage data: pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. This data is pseudonymous — it is not tied to your name unless you separately give it to us.
When you become a client
If you engage us, we collect the personal data needed to deliver the service and to meet our legal obligations, including identity and address verification required of us as an ACRA-registered corporate service provider under anti-money-laundering rules. That collection is governed by our engagement terms rather than this website policy.
Cookies and tracking tools we use
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). Records that you visited the site and certain actions, such as tapping a WhatsApp button, so that we can measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads to people who have visited. Meta may combine this with data it holds about you under its own policy. You can control ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). Provides anonymised heatmaps and session recordings so we can see how the site is used and improve it. Clarity masks text you type into form fields. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for details.
- Hosting logs (Netlify). Our host records standard server logs, including IP address and requested pages, for security and performance.
We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to measure and manage our advertising; to keep the site secure; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Where the PDPA requires consent, your continued use of the site after seeing this policy, or your act of sending us a message, is how that consent is given. You may withdraw it at any time as described below.
Who we share it with
The service providers named above (Meta, Microsoft, Netlify, WhatsApp), each processing data under their own privacy terms; our staff and, where a service requires it, professional partners such as auditors or licensed employment agents bound by confidentiality; and regulators or authorities where the law requires. Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer data overseas we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Client data is kept for the period required by Singapore law for corporate service providers and accountants. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each tool, typically a limited number of months.
Your choices and rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to our continued use of it. Write to the Data Protection Officer at the address above; we will respond within the time the PDPA allows and may need to verify your identity first. To limit tracking, you can clear or block cookies in your browser, use your browser’s private mode, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta accounts. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read the site or contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here; we do not notify individually.
